Nutrition Services

Did you know that many extended health insurance companies cover registered dietitians?

Individuals & Group Nutrition Services:

The first appointment will assess your needs, review your blood work and create a personalized meal plan for your age, height, weight and current activity.  This report is given to you in person or mailed.  Included in the package are meal ideas, recipes and information on any nutrition questions asked or chronic illnesses specified.  (mailing and telephone costs are included)

Follow up appointments will review ongoing progress and provide support.  Furthermore, it will empower you with nutrition knowledge through label reading sessions, breaking down nutrients and how your body uses them and discussions on related nutrition topics.  Think of it as your crash course in nutrition in which the knowledge will empower you to succeed.
